Called on sat 27/10 round 6.30 got haddock and chips x2, the fish was cooked to order, wow!! beautiful massive thick white fish, chips not at all greasy. Great portion size. Will definately be back. Had these about 2yrs ago and they were poor, very greasy chips all stuck together, glad we tried them again

Excellent quality true English Fish and Chips. Family deals offer very good value, and the butties offer an affordable but filling snack. Everything is fresh and cooked in the traditional Yorkshire dripping. If I was showing someone from another country a good example of traditional English fish and chips then it would be this place. Has good sensible opening times as well, which often is a problem with English chippies that seem to run to a 1940s schedule.

Food was awesome, staff are really nice. Forgot one of our curry sauces but the food was so good we didn't even care!! Please don't ever stop serving chips in paper!! I swear they taste better.
